It includes features such as creating package libraries, importing netlists and structural data, layout and routing, constraint rules, DRC checks, and Gerber file output, all of which provide users with a powerful design foundation.

RedPKG is a package substrate design tool based on RedEDA platform with precision of up to nanometer level. It can satisfy the user's design of FP, WB and other packaging types. RedPKG not only supports regular Netlist import, but also supports Excel form template import, which makes the whole design more efficient.
